The ground floor features a master king-size bedroom with estuary views and an en suite shower room, alongside a twin bedroom and a stylish family shower room. An additional double bedroom is located upstairs, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests. The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area are bathed in natural light, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, with easy access to a waterside balcony that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a pleasure. After a day of adventure, guests can unwind in the cozy lounge area, equipped with a Smart TV featuring Netflix and Amazon, along with a Blu-ray DVD player and a selection of DVDs for entertainment. The patio doors open onto the balcony, where visitors can savor the stunning views of the beach, river, and castle ruins from dawn until dusk.

Outside, the property features a first-floor balcony complete with seating, perfect for enjoying the scenic vistas. A shared courtyard at the back includes a rotary washing line, while parking for one car is conveniently located right outside the property, with additional free parking available nearby.
