Surrounded by 16 acres of picturesque fields, the cottage is adjacent to the owner's traditional stone farmhouse, providing a tranquil setting while remaining only a mile away from the bustling town of Tain, which offers a variety of amenities, including pubs, restaurants, and shops.

The cottage features an open-plan living space that is beautifully presented, with comfortable seating and a large dining table, all overlooking the garden. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There are three well-appointed bedrooms: a kingsize en-suite bedroom on the ground floor, a double bedroom, and a flexible twin bedroom on the first floor that can be converted to a super kingsize upon request. The cottage also includes a shower room and essential amenities like oil central heating, Wi-Fi, and a welcome pack, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
