Upon entering the cottage, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area that features a tiled floor, a 50" Satellite TV, a DVD player, and an iPod dock for entertainment. The adjoining dining space seamlessly connects to a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The ground floor also hosts a well-appointed bedroom with a super king-size bed (convertible to twins upon request), a 37" Freesat TV, and an en-suite wet room, ensuring convenience and privacy.

Accessed via steep stairs, the first floor contains two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features another super king-size bed (also convertible to twins) with a 40" Freesat TV and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is designed for flexibility, offering a bunk bed and a double sofa bed, along with a 22" Freesat TV. A shared bathroom on this floor includes a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. The cottage is equipped with gas central heating, Wi-Fi, and provides essential items like bed linen and towels, with additional amenities for families available upon request.

Outside, Fiona’s Cottage boasts a courtyard with a sitting area and furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Parking is available for up to three cars, and the property is conveniently located just 100 yards from local shops, pubs, and restaurants. The surrounding area offers a plethora of activities, including golfing at nearby courses, fishing in local lochs and rivers, horse riding, and exploring whisky distilleries, castles, and gardens.
