Guests will enjoy amenities such as oil central heating, included electricity, bed linen, and towels, along with a welcome pack to enhance their stay. The property also features a shared courtyard with a terrace and garden furniture, set within 270 acres of natural, unspoiled woodland and pasture, which is shared with the owner and other on-site properties. Dog owners are welcome to bring up to two dogs, provided they are kept on a lead at all times. Fishing is available on-site, although a license is required, and private parking is available for two cars. Smoking is not permitted within the property.

The Dairy Mead Lodge is part of the historic Maunsel House Estate, which dates back to the 13th century and serves as the ancestral home of the Slade Family.
