The ground floor of Craigrobin includes a welcoming entrance, a living room with Freeview TV and a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Moving to the first floor, guests will find a kingsize bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom. The property is pet-friendly, allowing for two dogs, and offers facilities for horse owners, making it a great choice for equestrian enthusiasts. Outside, the cottage boasts a lawned garden with a terrace and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. However, guests should be mindful of the garden's slopes and an unfenced stream located 55 yards away.

Craigrobin is beautifully decorated and set within 225 acres of the owner's farm, providing stunning panoramic views of the Rhinns of Kells. Visitors are encouraged to explore the farm, where they can meet various animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, lambs, and peacocks. Additionally, the farm features duck and trout ponds, as well as breeding pairs of red kites. For those wishing to bring their horse, a horse 'Bed and Breakfast' service is available, allowing guests to enjoy the scenic area on horseback.

The cottage is conveniently located for accessing a variety of local attractions in Dumfries and Galloway. Guests can engage in numerous outdoor activities, such as mountain biking, challenging hill walks, and enjoying the region's dark night skies. The coastline, with over 200 miles of stunning views, secluded bays, and sandy beaches, is just a short distance away. Nearby, Loch Ken and the Galloway Activity Centre offer exciting water sports, including windsurfing and kayaking, while Castle Douglas, known as the 'Food Town', features a range of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Other attractions include Threave Gardens and Estate, as well as the opportunity to visit Threave Castle by rowing boat, making Craigrobin a perfect getaway for both relaxation and adventure.
