A shower room with a WC completes this level. Outside, the courtyard features a hot and cold shower for rinsing off after beach outings, while a shared path leads to a private garden equipped with furniture, a small lawn, and a charcoal BBQ. Roadside parking is available (subject to availability), along with nearby public and private car parks, with additional private parking options provided by the owner just a five-minute walk from the property.
