The property is accessed via a 50-yard unmade track, ensuring a sense of privacy while still being close to nature. Ideal for families or couples, the lodge can comfortably sleep six guests, featuring three bedrooms—a double bed in each of the first two rooms and twin beds in the third—along with a modern wet room and an open-plan living area that includes a kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living area equipped with a 34" Freeview TV and DVD player.

Guests at Chloe’s Lodge can enjoy a variety of amenities, including air source underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels, all included in the rental. A travel cot is available upon request, and a welcome pack is provided to enhance the guest experience. The lodge also features a sitting-out area with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. Surrounding the lodge is a natural woodland area, shared with another property on-site, which provides an exciting playground for children. For a unique experience, visitors can take a steam train from Pickering to Whitby, a popular seaside destination famous for its fish and chips, and also notable for its connection to the TV series 'Heartbeat' filmed in Goathland.

Further enriching the experience, the medieval city of York is only an hour's drive away, offering a wealth of attractions including independent shops, street performances, museums, and theaters.
