The house is adjacent to another property, Time Flies, allowing for a combined capacity of 12 guests if needed. Its prime location provides easy access to scenic pathways leading to three picturesque chines—Branksome, Branksome Dene, and Alum Chine—culminating in a serene 20-minute walk to the beach.

The local coastline features Blue Flag beaches that stretch for eight miles, from Hengisbury Head to Sandbanks peninsula, and is complemented by a beautiful promenade ideal for cycling. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of Bournemouth Pier, the Isle of Wight, and the Purbeck Peninsula along the way. Just a ten-minute stroll from the house brings guests to the vibrant Westbourne district, known for its charming Victorian arcade filled with cafes, bistros, boutiques, and art galleries. Upstairs, guests will find three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom includes a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom features a double bed and a TV. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for children or guests. The family bathroom is elegantly designed, featuring mood lighting and a shower over the bath. Additional amenities include a travel cot, high chair, and access to BT Sport with Sky Sports through the Xbox. Linen and towels are provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay for all guests.
