The ground floor of Cae Ocyn features an inviting entrance hall adorned with a traditional Welsh dresser and a large slate fireplace, although the fireplace is not in use. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV/DVD and a substantial library of books, complemented by patio doors that lead to the garden. The kitchen and breakfast area, with its charming beams and tiled floor, includes a decorative Aga, electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, along with two sinks for convenience. A well-appointed bathroom with an electric shower over the bath adds to the comfort of the ground floor.

Ascending to the first floor, guests will find a gallery landing featuring a piano and a walnut table, leading to a spacious dining room. The sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms, each furnished with wardrobes and additional amenities, along with a child's bedroom that can double as a playroom. A separate toilet enhances the functionality of the upstairs layout. The property is equipped with modern conveniences, including all essential utilities, bed linens, towels, and a highchair for families traveling with young children. An outhouse with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a garage for games and outdoor equipment, further enriches the stay.

Cae Ocyn is accessed via a quarter-mile single-track lane, with the last portion being unmade, ensuring a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.
