This area is designed for socializing and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a prominent range cooker, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table. After dining, guests can unwind on the comfortable sofas while watching Sky TV or enjoying a movie with the provided DVD player. Additionally, a separate utility room offers practical amenities, including a butler’s sink for washing wetsuits, and provides access to a covered courtyard and a raised paved terrace—ideal for outdoor relaxation.

The accommodation spans three floors, with the master bedroom located on the second floor featuring a king-size bed and an en suite shower room, complemented by views of Batson Creek.
