Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac near Buxted station, it serves as an ideal base for exploring East Sussex and the surrounding areas, including the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property is conveniently positioned for various attractions such as Ashdown Forest, The South Downs, and several National Trust properties. Guests can enjoy lovely walks right at their doorstep, and the accommodation is particularly suitable for those attending weddings at the nearby Buxted Park.

The accommodation features two well-appointed bedrooms: a front bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en suite shower room, and a back bedroom with a versatile 'zip link' Super King bed that can be separated into two single beds. Additionally, a Jay-Be folding bed can be provided to accommodate a fifth guest. Families with children are welcome, and amenities such as a travel cot, high chair, and a family bathroom with a large shower and standard-sized bath are available. The living room is bright and comfortable, equipped with BT TV and Netflix, while the spacious kitchen and dining area come fully equipped with modern conveniences and fast wireless broadband.

Guests have exclusive access to private patios and a garden day room, which includes internet TV and a sofa, though prior request for use is recommended. The shared middle part of the garden allows for safe bike storage in the garden room. While the host is available for assistance, they also respect guests' privacy. Although a free shuttle service to the train station was previously offered, it is currently unavailable due to Covid-19 restrictions. The property is not pet-friendly due to allergies, and guests should be cautious of the larger steps leading to the patios.

Buxted village is home to two excellent local pubs serving delicious food, both within walking distance, as well as a village shop and recreational facilities such as a playground and basketball hoop. The local train station offers direct services to London, making it a convenient location for travel. Nearby attractions include the famous Bluebell Railway, various National Trust properties, and the coastal resorts of Eastbourne and Brighton. For outdoor enthusiasts, The South Downs and Ashdown Forest are easily accessible, while golf clubs and cultural highlights add to the area's appeal. This vacation home is perfect for those seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure in the beautiful South West of England.
