The dining and kitchen areas are well-appointed, featuring a Rangemaster gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, along with delightful beams and a tiled floor. The property also benefits from gas underfloor heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

On the first floor, guests will find two inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a kingsize bed, a Freeview TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, also featuring a Freeview TV. A separate shower room is available for convenience. The cottage is family-friendly, providing amenities such as a travel cot, highchair, and stairgates, ensuring a comfortable stay for all ages.

Outside, Tricks Cottage offers an enclosed garden with a decked area, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the pleasant Cornish weather.
