The accommodation features an open-plan living space with a slate floor, which encompasses a living area equipped with a 26-inch Freeview TV, a dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen includes modern amenities such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The cottage comprises two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and another featuring a bunk bed and a single bed, making it ideal for families. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath and a toilet. Comfort is assured with electric underfloor central heating and storage heaters, while additional conveniences such as bed linen and Wi-Fi are included in the rental. Guests also have access to a shared utility room with a coin-operated tumble dryer, as well as a private patio with garden furniture and parking for two cars. It is important to note that there is a step in the garden.

Trentinney Farm Holiday Cottages, where this tempting cottage is situated, is nestled within a peaceful 158-acre mixed farm that features crops, cattle, sheep, and some poultry. The farm boasts some of the most breathtaking countryside views in North Cornwall, with the added allure of spectacular vistas of the sea and moors from the higher elevations. The traditional stone-built barns on the property, many of which are listed, were constructed using local stone and slate from the nearby Delabole quarry, with some structures dating back to the 16th century. Legend has it that the history of Trentinney Farm dates as far back as 960 AD, linked to the tale of King Arthur.

Guests at Trentinney Farm can easily access some of Cornwall's most beautiful beaches, all within a short drive. Notable destinations include Polzeath, Port Quin, Padstow, Rock, Tintagel, and Boscastle, with Polzeath recognized as one of the finest beaches in the British Isles, famous for its golden sands and rock pools. The area offers a variety of water sports, including sailing, windsurfing, and fishing trips, particularly from Rock. Golf enthusiasts will also find several golf clubs nearby. For larger groups, the five cottages on-site can be booked together to accommodate up to 20 guests, making it an excellent choice for family gatherings or group retreats.
