The uniqueness of Pella lies not only in its private garden and orchard but also in the expansive grounds that guests can explore, which include woods and fields. This site was once an ancient hamlet from the 13th century, known as Little Pinnock, and is now home to three detached holiday cottages. Children can indulge in outdoor adventures, such as building dens and playing hide and seek, while adults can unwind in the serene environment. The proximity to the historic harbour town of Fowey and nearby beaches ensures that guests can enjoy both nature and cultural experiences during their stay.

Upon entering Pella, guests are greeted by an inviting open-plan living area characterized by high beams and a cozy log fire, perfect for chilly evenings. The space is complemented by central heating for added comfort. The well-equipped kitchen diner, accommodating six people, is conveniently located at the other end of the room. A small corridor leads to the spacious master bedroom, featuring a double bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a Victorian roll-top bath. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a double and a single bed, along with lovely views of the orchard, making it a cozy retreat for guests.

Guests at Pella enjoy exclusive access to their private garden while also sharing the expansive grounds with two other holiday cottages, each of which has its own private garden. The property is pet-friendly, with a fee of £50 per pet per visit, allowing furry companions to join in on the holiday fun. Self-catering facilities are provided, and parking is available right outside the property.
