The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, while the ground floor features a sunroom with stunning sea views, an open-plan sitting and dining area complete with a log burner and a selection of games, and a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, a separate shower room accessed through the garden is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, ensuring convenience for guests.

The outdoor space includes a small enclosed garden with a level lawn and a picnic table that seats six, ideal for barbecues and al fresco dining while enjoying the picturesque views. Guests are encouraged to use the barbecue and maintain its cleanliness after use.
