The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, while the ground floor features a sunroom with stunning sea views, an open-plan sitting and dining area complete with a log burner and a selection of games, and a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, a separate shower room accessed through the garden is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, ensuring convenience for guests.

The outdoor space includes a small enclosed garden with a level lawn and a picnic table that seats six, ideal for barbecues and al fresco dining while enjoying the picturesque views. Guests are encouraged to use the barbecue and maintain its cleanliness after use. An outbuilding in the garden houses a wet room, toilet, and laundry facilities, further enhancing the practicality of the space. Although there is no allocated parking, ample parking is available in a nearby car park for a nominal fee, ensuring easy access for guests arriving by car.

New Quay itself is a vibrant seaside town, steeped in literary history as the former home of poet Dylan Thomas.
