With its inviting atmosphere and traditional comforts, including a large granite fireplace, this cottage serves as an excellent base for both relaxation and adventure.

Upon entering through the rose arched front door, guests are welcomed into an open living and dining area that features a solid reclaimed wood dining table and a magnificent granite fireplace as its centerpiece. For entertainment, a TV with Netflix is available, perfect for cozy evenings after a day spent exploring the beautiful surroundings. The newly fitted kitchen boasts an original Raburn, which not only adds character but also provides warmth during cooler months. The upstairs bedrooms feature high, open-beamed ceilings and quaint cottage windows that frame the picturesque greenery outside. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a small double and a single bed, all centered around a striking granite chimney stack.

This idyllic location is ideal for guests seeking both adventure and relaxation, with the soothing sounds of nature as the backdrop. Visitors can enjoy the sights and sounds of local wildlife, including birds and the occasional resident peacock, as well as the distant calls of wild Canada geese and the gentle mooing of three rescue Dexter cows. The expansive farmland features a pond and a lake, providing ample opportunities for exploration, stargazing, blackberry picking, and pine cone collecting. For those looking to venture further, nearby Porthleven offers beautiful beaches and dining options, while attractions such as the Lizard Peninsula, Helston, Hayle, Penzance, Falmouth, and Gwithian are easily accessible.

While the cottage boasts a peaceful and secluded setting, guests should be prepared for the bumpy, one-mile farm lane leading to the property, which may add extra time to travel plans—approximately ten minutes is recommended for a leisurely drive.
