The lodge is entirely on the ground floor and boasts an open-plan living space that combines a cozy living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area is equipped with a wood burner, a 36" Freeview TV, and a DVD player, ensuring entertainment and warmth during cooler evenings. The kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation includes two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower cubicle, and a separate bathroom, making it well-suited for couples holidaying together.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor decking area, complete with garden furniture, perfect for soaking up the tranquil surroundings. The natural grounds feature an array of wildlife, including 29 recorded species of butterflies, and opportunities for birdwatching with marsh harriers and hobbies frequently seen overhead. The lodge also comes with essential amenities such as electric central heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and logs for the wood burner, ensuring a hassle-free experience. For families traveling with infants, a travel cot and highchair are available upon request.

The lodge is conveniently located just a mile from the beach at Thorpeness and two miles from the charming town of Aldeburgh, making it an excellent base for exploring the local area. However, it is important to note that there is an unfenced lake within the grounds, situated 200 yards away, which guests should be aware of during their stay.
