The layout comprises two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin beds—along with a bathroom that includes a bath, shower cubicle, and toilet. Essential amenities like gas central heating, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are all included, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Patty's Barn, the larger complex that houses this accommodation, consists of six self-contained stone cottages and four apartments, all renovated to a high standard in 2019. Guests can enjoy shared access to 10 acres of stunning woodland, which features two fishing lakes stocked with carp, as well as a communal laundry room, a small gym, and an entertainment room filled with games. Additionally, the site is home to the renowned Lancashire Parachute Centre, where visitors can either pursue a skydiving license or simply enjoy watching parachutists while relaxing in the outdoor barbecue and seating area.

The surrounding area offers a wealth of exploration opportunities, with attractions such as the Trough of Bowland, Garstang, Lancaster, Blackpool, and the South Lake District all within easy reach.
