Nestled in a peaceful area just a few minutes' walk from the town center, this wing of the owners’ B&B has been thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property features an open-plan living space that includes a cozy living area with an electric coal-effect fire and a 40" Freeview TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The ground floor layout promotes a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together.

On the first floor, guests will find two bedrooms: one with zip and link twin beds that can be converted into a super kingsize bed upon request, and another with twin beds. The bathroom is equipped with both a bath and a shower cubicle, along with a toilet and heated towel rail, ensuring convenience and comfort. Additional amenities include electric central heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, a travel cot, and a highchair. Outside, there is a sitting area with garden furniture, a shared lawned garden, and private parking for one car. It is important to note that there is an unfenced pond in the garden, located about 10 yards away.

For those seeking adventure, the Cairngorm Mountain Railway offers breathtaking views, while the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre and the Highland Wildlife Park in Kingussie provide engaging experiences for nature lovers. Families can enjoy a day out at the Landmark Forest Adventure Park in Carrbridge, located just 15 miles away.
