The first floor hosts a spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed, two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Additional amenities include oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and initial fuel for the wood burner, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Outside, the property boasts a shared lawned garden with a sitting-out area and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings.
