On the first floor, a galleried living room serves as both a second lounge and a versatile space that includes a double sofa bed, allowing for additional sleeping arrangements. The property boasts electric central heating, Wi-Fi, and all essential utilities, including bed linen and towels. Guests can enjoy the initial supply of logs for the wood burner, enhancing the warm ambiance of the barn. Outside, the large patio area is furnished with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining amidst stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The Barn's location is ideal for exploring the Northern Highlands, with easy access to popular destinations like John O’Groats and Inverness. Situated just 5 miles from Tain, Scotland’s oldest Royal Burgh, guests can enjoy a range of local amenities, including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and shops. For whisky enthusiasts, several renowned distilleries, such as Glenmorangie and Dalmore, are nearby and open for tours. The picturesque Seaboard villages of Balintore, Shandwick, and Portmahomack are just a short drive away, while the sandy beach at Dornoch is a mere 15 miles to the north.
