WiFi is also available, along with a selection of books, games, and DVDs for entertainment. The rental includes fuel and power costs, as well as bed linen and towels, although guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. Additionally, the cottage provides a travel cot and highchair for families with young children, ensuring a family-friendly environment.

Outside, Sunnywell features ample off-road parking for up to four vehicles and an enclosed garden that includes a lawn area and a patio furnished with outdoor seating. The cottage is pet-free and smoke-free, promoting a clean and tranquil environment. Guests should note that charging an electric vehicle is available on-site for an additional fee of £80 plus VAT per week, and check-in is strictly on Saturdays during the peak months from May to September. The property also has a spiral staircase that may require supervision for young children due to its open tread design.
