The cottage is part of Patty's Barn, which comprises six self-contained stone cottages and four apartments, all renovated in 2019 to a high standard. Guests can enjoy shared access to an expansive 10-acre woodland, featuring two fishing lakes and a variety of outdoor facilities, including a large courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue area. An external utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available, along with a games room that offers snooker, table football, and table tennis.
