Sewin Cottage is a likeable retreat located on the outskirts of Llandeilo, Wales, accommodating up to four guests in two en-suite bedrooms. The cottage features a king-size double bedroom and a zip'n'link twin that can be configured as a super king-size upon request. The open-plan living area seamlessly combines a kitchen, dining space, and sitting area, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking, a private patio complete with a hot tub, furniture, and a barbecue, along with a shared lawn area perfect for outdoor activities.
The cottage is equipped with modern amenities including underfloor heating powered by a biomass boiler, a ceramic hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A shared washing machine/dryer is also available for convenience. Entertainment options include a Smart TV and WiFi access. While bed linen and towels are included in the rental, guests are advised to bring their own beach towels and cot linen. Additionally, there is a £10 charge for bathrobes, which will automatically be added to the booking. A cot, highchair, and stairgate can be requested as needed.
Sewin Cottage is pet-friendly, allowing up to two well-behaved dogs for an additional charge, with a secure area for dog walking provided. Guests are reminded that pets must be house-trained and kept on a lead when outside the cottage. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. The cottage is situated approximately 3.9 miles from the nearest shop, making it conveniently located for both relaxation and exploration of the surrounding area.
