Designed for comfort, the lodges provide excellent holiday accommodation year-round, featuring a ramped entrance and all necessary amenities on the ground floor. Each lodge includes an open-plan living space with a cozy living area equipped with Freeview TV and a DVD player, a dining area with patio doors leading to an outdoor patio, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The sleeping arrangements consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, alongside a shower room with a cubicle and toilet.

All lodges are equipped with oil central heating and Wi-Fi, with additional services such as towel hire available upon request. Families are accommodated with the option of a cot and highchair, while shared facilities include a laundry room with coin-operated machines. Each lodge features a private patio with garden furniture, and guests can enjoy the expansive 1-acre field designated for games and recreational activities, ensuring a delightful outdoor experience. Private parking for two cars is also provided, and the lodges maintain a no smoking policy for the comfort of all guests.

The location of the lodges is ideal for exploring the natural beauty and historical significance of the surrounding area, which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Just under a mile away lies the unspoilt historic fishing village of Port Isaac, known for its charming harbour nestled between steep cliffs. Two footpaths lead directly from the farm to the Heritage Coast path, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the stunning coastal scenery. The sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay, and Rock are a short drive away, and a ferry service from Rock to Padstow offers opportunities for cycling along the scenic Camel Trail to the market town of Wadebridge, located nine miles by road.

Visitors are encouraged to explore the enchanting village of Tintagel, steeped in the legend of King Arthur and his castle, as well as Merlin's caves in the nearby coves. The quaint fishing village of Boscastle, with its picturesque harbour, and the rugged landscapes of Bodmin Moor are also easily accessible. The region boasts a variety of activities, including excellent golf courses, horse riding, fishing, and watersports, catering to a wide range of interests. With a shop and pub located just a mile away, guests can easily access local amenities while enjoying the tranquil beauty of the Cornish countryside.
