Situated less than half a mile from Aberporth village, guests can easily access two sandy beaches, along with various cafés, a pub, restaurants, and a shop. The Ceredigion Coast Path runs through the village, offering miles of breathtaking scenery and the chance to discover nearby attractions, including the National Trust beach at Penbryn, the charming village of Llangrannog, and the beautiful Mwnt beach and church. Additionally, New Quay, a short drive away, provides opportunities for dolphin spotting boat trips, while the historic town of Cardigan, located just seven miles from the cottage, boasts supermarkets, independent shops, and a theatre/cinema.

Inside, Owls Hoot features a thoughtfully designed layout with the living spaces located upstairs to maximize the views. The downstairs area includes a double bedroom with a TV, two single bedrooms, and a bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. The upstairs sitting and dining area is furnished with a comfortable five-seater sofa and a dining table for four, while the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a coffee pod machine. Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio with garden furniture and additional reclining chairs, as well as access to communal barbecue areas that overlook the sea.

For added recreational enjoyment, the property includes two play areas complete with a sandpit and treehouse, along with a table tennis room. Parking is conveniently available at the communal car park, accommodating up to two cars. Owls Hoot can be reserved independently or in conjunction with Kestrel View, which accommodates six guests, making it a versatile option for larger gatherings or family reunions.
