An open-tread spiral staircase leads to the first floor, which houses two double bedrooms—one of which is designed for children with a pull-out single bed and a day bed. The bathroom is well-appointed with a bath, shower cubicle, and toilet, ensuring comfort for all guests. Additional amenities include a woodburner in the living room, oil central heating, and essential utilities like electricity, bed linen, and towels.

Guests will appreciate the modern conveniences provided, such as a travel cot, high chair, Freeview TV, DVD player, and a CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and freezer, making it easy to prepare meals during their stay.
