Accommodating up to four guests, the lodge provides a comfortable and modern living space, featuring an open plan layout that includes a living area with an electric coal-effect fire and a 32" Freeview TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, and fridge/freezer. With easy access to the scenic surroundings, guests can enjoy leisurely strolls through the nearby shops of Fort Augustus or savor a meal at one of its inviting restaurants.

The lodge is situated entirely on the ground floor, with the entrance requiring just four steps. It comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite shower cubicle, and another with twin beds. The layout is designed for convenience, with shared facilities that include a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. Essential utilities such as gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are included, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Additionally, for larger groups, Lodge 41 can be booked in conjunction with Lodge 22 and Lodge 39, accommodating up to 12 guests, making it an excellent choice for family gatherings or group vacations.
