This well-presented cottage comfortably accommodates four guests across two bedrooms and boasts a stylish living area complete with a log burner, ideal for cozy evenings after a day of exploration. The cottage features a small private patio at the rear, along with a raised lawn area across the quiet lane that offers stunning countryside views, making it a perfect spot to relax with a drink as the sun sets.

Situated in a prime location, Lilac Cottage provides easy access to the Kingsbridge to Dartmouth coast road, facilitating visits to both historic towns and the picturesque villages in between. The South West Coast Path, located just two miles away, offers breathtaking walks starting from nearby locations like Prawle and Beesands, with plenty of opportunities for refreshments along the way. The quaint village of South Pool, known for its popular gastro pub, The Millbrook Inn, is also a short one-mile stroll down a country lane, although vehicular access is not recommended on this route.

The accommodation includes a bright living room that opens into a modern kitchen equipped with essential appliances such as a gas hob, electric oven, and a dining table for four. The first floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, as well as a twin bedroom with two single beds. The main bathroom is fitted with a roll-top bath and a shower cubicle. Outside, guests can enjoy a small enclosed patio and a lawn with a summer house, providing additional outdoor relaxation space. Parking is available for two cars directly opposite the cottage.
