The cottage comprises two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a second bedroom featuring zip and link twin beds that can be configured as a super kingsize upon request. A shower room with a cubicle and toilet is also available. Additional amenities include Economy 7 central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi, with a travel cot and highchair available upon request. Outside, guests can enjoy a gravelled sitting area with garden furniture and benefit from private parking for two cars. The property maintains a no smoking policy and is surrounded by sloping banks and a stream within the grounds, adding to its natural charm.

In addition to its proximity to outdoor pursuits such as mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, walking, golf, and fishing, the location offers opportunities for boat trips to the isles of Mull and Iona, as well as exploration of the Ardnamurchan Peninsula via the Corran Ferry. Guests can easily visit notable attractions like Oban, Loch Ness, and the Isle of Skye, as well as numerous unspoilt beaches, castles, museums, and distilleries in the vicinity.
