The cottage features a cozy woodburner, perfect for warming up after a day spent exploring the stunning surroundings, which include rock pools and opportunities for whale, dolphin, and seal watching in the beautiful Luce Bay.

The ground floor of the cottage comprises two well-appointed bedrooms: a kingsize bedroom with patio doors leading to a private garden, and a second bedroom featuring twin beds. Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath and a toilet, ensuring convenience for all guests. The first floor boasts an open plan living space adorned with an oak floor, which includes a comfortable living area with a wood burner, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, and dishwasher.

Guests can enjoy the benefits of oil central heating during the cooler months, with a nominal charge applicable from October to March. The property also includes essential amenities such as electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi, making it a comfortable home away from home. Outside, the large garden features charming animal sculptures and provides direct access to the beach, where families can explore rock pools teeming with marine life, while otters and badgers may also be spotted in the adjacent land.

This cottage serves as an excellent base for touring the area, with stunning views over Luce Bay towards the Mull of Galloway. Visitors can explore the beautiful Galloway Hills and the Solway coastline, or partake in activities such as cycling, horse riding, golf, sailing, and diving. Local attractions include the distillery at Bladnoch and the nearby town of Wigtown. For larger groups, the adjoining properties, Killantrae Burn A and B, can be booked together to accommodate up to 11 guests, making it a versatile choice for family gatherings or group retreats.
