The dining area and kitchen are conveniently located within the same space, featuring essential appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. Additionally, a shower room with a cubicle and toilet is situated on this level, enhancing the overall functionality of the home.

On the first floor, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, accommodating various sleeping arrangements. The cottage is well-equipped with total control central heating, and all essential utilities, including electricity, bed linen, and towels, are included in the rental. Outside, the enclosed garden provides a sitting area with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenic views. However, it is important to note that access to the property involves a steep gravelled driveway and there are five steps in the garden.
