Each lodge consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, along with a shower room complete with a shower cubicle and toilet. Essential utilities such as oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, and Wi-Fi are included, while additional conveniences like towel hire and the option for a cot and highchair are available upon request. Guests can enjoy the shared laundry facilities featuring coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers, as well as a private patio with garden furniture, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration.

Set on a 4-acre smallholding adjacent to the owner's charming 18th-century farmhouse, the lodges are less than a mile from the historic fishing village of Port Isaac, known for its picturesque harbor and dramatic cliffs. The area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Two footpaths lead directly to the Heritage Coast path, while nearby sandy beaches such as Polzeath, Daymer Bay, and Rock are just a short drive away. The ferry from Rock to Padstow allows for easy access to biking along the scenic Camel Trail, leading to the market town of Wadebridge, located 9 miles away by road.

In addition to its natural beauty, the surrounding region is rich in history and cultural attractions. Guests can visit the legendary Tintagel Castle, linked to the tales of King Arthur, and explore Merlin’s caves nestled in the coastal coves. The quaint village of Boscastle, with its charming harbor, is also within easy reach, as are the rugged landscapes of Bodmin Moor.
