This recently refurbished property, completed in 2018, features a blend of modern amenities and traditional character, including beamed ceilings and exposed stone work. The open-plan living space is welcoming, equipped with an electric coal-effect fire, a television, and a dining area, while the kitchen boasts contemporary appliances such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The ground floor also includes a cloakroom for convenience, and the entrance hall provides storage for outdoor gear.

On the first floor, guests will find two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both offering a unique charm with sloping ceilings and Velux windows. A modern shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet completes the upper level. The cottage is equipped with electric panel central heating, and all essential utilities, including Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels, are included in the stay. Outside, a small grassed area and a bike store are available, along with private parking, and the property maintains a strict no-smoking policy.

Situated within the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Clutter Cottage is just a short walk from the stunning Druridge Bay, which features a seven-mile stretch of sandy beach and dunes.
