Dining area - with dining table and chairs with glass doors opening out to the sunny terrace. A wood burning stove divides the dining room and the sitting room where there are sofas and chairs and again glass doors out to the terrace.

Very large utility room with a fridge and a freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Ample safe lock up storage for mountain bikes etc.

A downstairs shower room with a shower, wash hand basin and loo.

The cottage is on National Cycle Route 42 - Abergavenny is extremely popular with all types of cycling "off road" and road cyclists. Known as the Gateway to Wales it is a perfect centre for exploring most of South and Mid Wales - easy access to Welsh Valleys and Coast. Herefordshire and The Welsh Border Country. Brecon Beacons National Park and The Black Mountains, The Wye Valley. Abergavenny is less than an hour from The Severn Bridge and Bristol.
