The dining area and well-appointed kitchen include modern appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring that all guests' needs are met during their stay. Additionally, a conservatory provides a tranquil spot to enjoy views of the well-kept garden.

Accommodation consists of two bedrooms, with the first featuring twin beds and a shower room with a cubicle and toilet. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, includes a double bed and is accompanied by a bathroom with a bath and toilet. The cottage benefits from gas central heating, and the rental includes electricity, bed linen, towels, and an initial supply of fuel for the multi-fuel burner. A welcome pack is also provided to enhance the visitor experience. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining with garden furniture and a barbecue in the private garden, while on-site parking is available for one car. It is important to note that the property is not suitable for children under 16 years old, and there is a step in the grounds.
