Guests enter through a long sunroom that provides bright views of the dunes and distant bay, creating a warm and inviting space for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a fridge, electric hob, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with a utility room housing additional amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine. This kitchen flows into a bright lounge-dining area, which is comfortably furnished and includes patio doors that lead to the rear garden.

The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and offers views over the dunes, while the second bedroom contains a double bed with views of the rear garden. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a wall-mounted electric shower, along with a separate toilet and sink adjacent to the main bedroom. Outside, guests can enjoy a large secluded deck area that serves as a sun trap, providing privacy and great views for bird and wildlife watching. Guests have full access to the entire house and its fenced lawned garden, with the property being all on one level except for a single step into the second bedroom. Although the track leading to the house is bumpy, it is recommended to drive slowly. A holiday caravan site is situated behind the house, but a solid wooden fence ensures privacy and prevents overlooking from the site, which operates from April to October. The area is well-managed and typically quiet, with no reports of disturbances from previous guests.
