The first floor boasts a cozy living room with a gas living-flame fire and a 42" Smart TV, along with a spacious kitchen/dining area that offers direct access to an external staircase leading to a raised decked terrace, perfect for enjoying the scenic sea views.

Guests can enjoy the benefits of electric underfloor heating in the shower room, alongside electric heaters throughout the property. All essential amenities are provided, including gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. The cottage also features a raised terrace furnished with garden furniture, ideal for relaxation. For convenience, there is private parking for one vehicle, with additional parking available in a layby just 30 yards away.
