The first floor boasts a cozy living room with a gas living-flame fire and a 42" Smart TV, along with a spacious kitchen/dining area that offers direct access to an external staircase leading to a raised decked terrace, perfect for enjoying the scenic sea views.

Guests can enjoy the benefits of electric underfloor heating in the shower room, alongside electric heaters throughout the property. All essential amenities are provided, including gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. The cottage also features a raised terrace furnished with garden furniture, ideal for relaxation. For convenience, there is private parking for one vehicle, with additional parking available in a layby just 30 yards away. The property maintains a no smoking policy and includes a few steps leading to the raised terrace for easy access.

Located a mere 10-minute walk downhill from the cottage, Clarach Bay offers a sheltered beach experience, while the nearby holiday complex provides seasonal access to facilities such as an indoor pool, bowling alley, and restaurant. Aberystwyth, known as the principal holiday resort of the west coast, is just a short drive away and is home to the University of Wales Aberystwyth and the National Library. The town features historic castle ruins, a pier, and a harbour, along with the longest electric cliff railway in Britain, which offers stunning views of Cardigan Bay and the surrounding hills, particularly beautiful in winter when the peaks are often snow-capped.

For nature enthusiasts, the area offers a wealth of activities, including a scenic ride on the Vale of Rheidol steam train to the breathtaking Devil’s Bridge Waterfalls.
