Although it has transitioned from a functioning farm, the property retains its charming rural character, complemented by the presence of miniature pigs, chickens, and grazing horses in the paddocks. The surrounding moorland is rich with wildlife, including ponies, cattle, and sheep, offering guests a chance to connect with nature and observe various animals in their natural habitat.

The recently constructed Delphy Cottage, named after a lovely stone bridge nearby, has been thoughtfully designed to blend the traditional elements of Cornish architecture with modern conveniences. This single-storey cottage features exposed beams and an open-plan living area equipped with essential amenities such as a washer/dryer, fridge, and entertainment options including a TV with DVD and Freeview. Guests will appreciate the included Wi-Fi access and the private BBQ facility within the enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for enjoying the sunny Cornish weather.

Delphy Cottage accommodates up to four guests with its well-appointed sleeping arrangements, including one double bed and a captain's bed with a pull-out guest bed. This setup makes it suitable for couples, families with children, or groups of friends. The property operates with a Saturday changeover day and requires a minimum stay of seven nights, although inquiries for shorter stays are welcomed.
