The accommodation is entirely on the ground floor, making it particularly accessible for those with mobility challenges. This secluded location is enhanced by its proximity to Sandy Beck, a stream that attracts diverse wildlife, including deer, red squirrels, and kingfishers.

The interior of The Smithy is designed for comfort and convenience, with electric heating throughout. The open-plan lounge is equipped with a Freeview TV, a DVD player, and an electric flame effect stove, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The kitchen is fully functional, featuring an electric oven and hob, fridge, and microwave, allowing guests to prepare their meals with ease. The sleeping arrangements include a double bed in one bedroom and a single bed in the second, accommodating a small family or group of friends comfortably.

Guests can enjoy a well-appointed shower room featuring a cubicle, WC, and wash basin, with all necessary fuel and bed linen included in the stay. For those needing extra convenience, a 24-hour turnaround laundry service is available for an additional charge.
