The dining area and kitchen, which includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, guests will find a double bedroom and a versatile second bedroom that can be configured with either a single bed or a bunk bed, along with a roll-out bed suitable for children.

Guests can enjoy a variety of on-site amenities designed for relaxation and recreation. The cottage is part of a larger complex of nine cottages set within eight acres of shared grounds, which include formal gardens, woodland, and a river ideal for picnics. An indoor heated swimming pool, measuring 11m x 5.5m, is available for shared use, along with shower and changing facilities. Additional communal features include a games room with a coin-operated pool table and table tennis, a children's play area, and ample parking. For convenience, a shared laundry room with a coin-operated tumble dryer and a freezer is also accessible to all guests.
