The ground floor comprises an open-plan living space adorned with traditional beams, a living area equipped with Freeview TV, and a kitchen area that includes essential appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. The first floor features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed that can be configured as a bunk bed or include a roll-out bed suitable for children. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and toilet, although it does not feature a shower.

The cottage provides various amenities to enhance the guest experience, including Economy 7 heating, hot water, and electricity, with costs for daytime electricity based on meter readings. Bed linen and towels are included, and families can request additional items such as a cot, highchair, and stairgate. Guests also have access to a shared stable with an additional freezer and a coin-operated tumble dryer. On-site recreational activities include a games room featuring a coin-operated pool table and table tennis, along with a children's play area. The expansive 8-acre grounds offer a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue area for communal use.
