Ascending to the first floor, guests are welcomed into a spacious lounge that boasts an oversized deep loaf sofa, a large flat-screen smart TV complete with a Sky package, and a Bluetooth wireless speaker system for entertainment. The contemporary kitchen is a highlight, featuring a large peninsula with an induction hob and integrated Bosch appliances, making it a perfect space for culinary enthusiasts. The lounge area opens up to a stunning outdoor space through three-meter bifold doors, leading to a mature garden that includes a lawn, a raised deck with outdoor dining furniture, and a luxurious hot tub, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration.
In addition to the main living areas, The Net Loft offers a separate surf room that provides essential amenities such as a hot outdoor shower, board storage, and wetsuit drying facilities, catering to water sports enthusiasts. The property also includes a carport with parking for one vehicle, with additional parking available just across the street, ensuring ease of access for guests. Notably, The Net Loft will not be available for rental during July and August 2022, as it will be replaced by the newly listed Devonia Cottage, which accommodates six guests.
