The barn is designed with comfort in mind, featuring amenities such as electric vehicle charging and an open fire, which can be requested prior to booking. Guests are welcome to explore the beautiful garden of Temperance House, where they can enjoy the vibrant flowers and picturesque scenery. However, specific house rules apply, including a no-smoking policy within the barn and premises, as well as restrictions on certain flowers due to potential staining. The property is limited to guests aged 35 and over, and the maximum occupancy is strictly two people, making it an ideal escape for couples.

For pet owners, Temperance Barn allows one pet per stay, with consideration for a second dog upon request. However, pets are not permitted upstairs, on furniture, or left unattended, and an additional fee applies for pets. Guests are encouraged to maintain cleanliness by removing muddy footwear and using house shoes. It is important to note that while a bath is listed among the amenities, the barn is equipped with an indoor shower, and the wood burner is available only upon request, subject to safety regulations.
