This high quality hut (can be booked with Mallard and Flying Scotsman) set in the tranquil Crai Valley; made by local tradesmen, this hut has been lovingly handcrafted using premium quality oak and red cedar. Surrounded by rolling hills and outstanding views, the hut is situated near one of the darkest places in the Dark Skies Reserve and close to a small stream with stepping stones allowing you to explore the idyllic SSSI. The encompassing wooded area houses a secret hideaway for children with a treehouse and tree swing! For the adults there are walking routes from the door, including a footpath taking you directly to the local pub, The Tanners Arms, just 2 - miles away.

Accommodation

Sleeps 2 + 2 children - 1 king, I mezzanine suitable only for up to two children

The attractive modern exterior is clad with Welsh red cedar as is the balcony decking. The outside seating has also been made locally and is well positioned to take in the captivating countryside.

The interior of the hut is all open plan and handmade with underfloor heating throughout.

The king sized bed is at the one end of the hut made up with luxury linen and tartan accents, with the other bed space nestled on a mezzanine style level above the kitchen; this is accessed via steep ladder stairs so children should be supervised at all times when using this. There is a fold out table with enough space to seat 4 and a good amount of storage for personal items.

The kitchen has been designed to maximise space with the Belfast sink hidden away under the worktop to allow for more counter space. The kitchen also has a full size electric cooker with gas hob and toaster - the Billy camp stove heats the kettle.

The modern bathroom has an electric shower and towel rail, toilet and hand basin.
