The ground floor also houses a shower room with a cubicle and toilet, while narrow stairs lead to the galleried bedroom on the first floor, which features a comfortable double bed. The cottage is heated through electric central heating, with underfloor heating in the kitchen and shower room, ensuring a warm environment throughout the year.

Guests can enjoy the serene outdoor space, which includes a patio with garden furniture overlooking the adjacent Goose Croft orchard. The property also provides a bike store and private parking for one car.
