The accommodation is designed to comfortably sleep two guests, featuring a well-appointed living room complete with a television and a kitchen/dining area equipped with modern appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The layout includes a ground floor shower room (without a toilet) and a separate toilet for convenience. The first floor boasts a bedroom with a double bed and an additional bedroom with a single bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. A second-floor bathroom features a bath, enhancing the comfort of the stay.

Four Farthings is equipped with electric storage heaters, ensuring warmth during cooler months, and includes bed linen and towels in the rental. Outside, guests can enjoy a small sitting-out area furnished with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The property also offers private parking for one car and maintains a strict no smoking policy. It is important to note that there are three steps leading to the sitting-out area, and the accommodation is not suitable for children.
