Located in Houghton, Hampshire, in the scenic South of England, Fearn Pippin is one of the six luxurious 'apple rooms' at Houghton Lodge Gardens. This charming and tastefully designed accommodation combines the essence of English country style with modern amenities, making it an ideal retreat for couples. The open-plan studio comfortably sleeps two guests in a super king-size bed, which can also be arranged as twins upon request. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, a kitchenette featuring a microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge, as well as a welcome supply of fresh milk, tea, and coffee, although it does not include an oven or hob.

Guests at Fearn Pippin can enjoy several conveniences, including a communal freezer for ice, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of magazines and books, along with a local touring map. The bathroom features modern amenities such as automatic lighting, an anti-mist smart mirror, a heated towel rail, and underfloor heating, complemented by bespoke toiletries inspired by the gardens' apple scent. Outside, there is a communal BBQ area and garden furniture, providing a lovely space for relaxation amidst the beautiful surroundings.

The Apple Rooms, named after the apple trees in the walled garden orchard, have been created from what was once a dormant calf byre of the historic Houghton Lodge. Each room is individually designed and showcases carefully selected mahogany and oak Georgian furniture, with many pieces being over 300 years old. This blend of antique charm and contemporary design results in a serene and idyllic atmosphere, perfect for romantic getaways, countryside retreats, or weekend visits to nearby attractions and restaurants.

During their stay, guests are granted complimentary access to the gardens from April 1st to September 30th, allowing them to explore the stunning features, including the peony walk, topiary garden, and expansive lawns that lead to the River Test. Additionally, visitors receive a discount at the on-site tearoom, Honesty at Houghton Lodge, during the same months. The gardens and tearoom are closed from October 1st to March 31st for seasonal development, ensuring that the natural beauty of the area is preserved for future guests to enjoy.
