Nestled within 13 acres of picturesque pasture and woods, the property is just 3 miles from the charming fishing village and beautiful beaches of Aberporth, and only a five-minute drive from the historic town of Cardigan. The location offers a perfect blend of privacy and community, as each cottage is self-contained while still providing communal spaces for socializing and dining together.

The farm, established in the 1820s, originally harnessed the power of a natural spring to operate a mill and dairy. The buildings, characterized by their traditional Welsh stone architecture and thick walls, have been meticulously converted into luxurious accommodations. The main cottage features a large log burner, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to gather. Each of the three cottages boasts unique layouts and amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay with options for both small and larger groups.

Cow Shed Cottage 1 accommodates up to six adults with three bedrooms, including two doubles and one twin, along with a fully equipped farmhouse kitchen and a stunning lounge complete with vintage leather sofas and a wood-burning stove. Cow Shed Cottage 2, designed for two adults, features a mezzanine double bedroom and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. Cow Shed Cottage 3 mirrors the layout of Cottage 1, also sleeping six adults and offering similar amenities. Each cottage includes a private garden or patio area, along with access to a spacious rear garden that leads to the surrounding woods and streams.

Guests are welcome to bring their pets, with a maximum of one dog allowed per cottage for an additional fee. To ensure a comfortable stay, guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the house rules, particularly regarding pet policies. Additional amenities such as hairdryers, irons, and BBQ equipment are available upon request.
