This recently refurbished estate can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, boasting six spacious bedrooms that include two king-size beds, six single beds, and two double futon beds. The property's design emphasizes modern luxury, with an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area that provides stunning views of the River Dart from various terraces, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and social gatherings.

The layout of Ravenswell is thoughtfully organized over multiple floors. The ground floor features a large open-plan area with a kitchen, living room, and dining space, along with a convenient WC. The first floor contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the second floor includes two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom, complemented by a separate WC and a reception room. The third floor provides two more bedrooms, ensuring ample space for all guests. The property is equipped with modern utilities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, electric ovens, induction hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, facilitating a comfortable stay.

Outdoor amenities enhance the appeal of Ravenswell, featuring a balcony, a paved courtyard with outdoor seating, and direct access to the water. A bowling green adds to the recreational options available to guests. However, it is important to note that children must be supervised at all times due to the property’s waterfront location. For parking, a permit is available for one vehicle at Darthaven Marina, located a short walk from the property, although spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, the access road to Ravenswell has a width restriction, and visitors are advised to approach with caution.
